PLEASE - No marking in books until you're sure you'll keep them
Textbooks
A refund/exchange will be issued if returned by the end of the second week of classes in the fall and spring semester; the end of the first week of "Summer term, Short Term, Adult Education and Open-entry classes"; textbooks purchased after the refund deadline are non-returnable.
Sorry no exceptions!!!
General Books & Reference Books
Must be in mint condition and will be accepted within two working days of purchase.
No refund if purchased during the month of finals.
Supplies, gift Items & Other Merchandise
May be returned within two working days of purchase and must be in new condition.
Merchandise Sold On a Non-returnable Basis
Includes sale items, magazines, computer disks, cassette tapes, scantrons, college catalogs and class schedules, special orders, etc.
Special Order Books
Special Orders must be paid in full prior to ordering. Special Orders must be picked up within 21 days from date of notification. Special Orders are the property of customers and are not refundable.
Defective Merchandise
Is refundable if returned with receipt within two weeks of purchase.
Refund Conditions
Books must be in its original, new condition, clean, free of all marks and erasures. A damaged, soiled or marked book is a used book and the used price will be refunded. Obviously, this condition does not pertain to used textbooks. The Bookstore reserves the right to pass judgment on the condition of returned books.
Types of Refunds
Cash Purchase:
Refund will be in cash.
Check Purchase:
A credit voucher will be issued and may be redeemed for cash 15 (fifteen) working days after purchase.
Bank Card Purchase:
Credit will be issued to your bank card account. You must have the card you used for the purchase.
